Medicare disclosure

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans that we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

SelectMyHealth and Ping Health are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Medicare Advantage and Part D plans are offered by private companies with a Medicare contract; enrollment depends on contract renewal. Enrollment in a plan may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

Compensation

We are compensated by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan. Compensation may vary by carrier and product. Your premium is not affected by enrolling through us.

Supplemental and life products

Hospital indemnity, dental and vision plans are supplemental insurance and are not a substitute for major medical coverage. Final expense insurance is a whole life insurance product. Benefits, exclusions, waiting periods and underwriting requirements vary by state and carrier. Read the policy documents carefully before enrolling.
